Kindergarten Readiness

The Republic Early Childhood Center utilizes the Missouri Early Learning Standards to drive all instruction. With its additional unique learning opportunities, Republic Early Childhood Center prepares students for Kindergarten and the rest of their educational journey. Data collected during Kindergarten screenings shows that students who attended Republic EC perform 4% higher on the Kindergarten Observation Form Assessment than students who did not attend EC.

Our Staff

All teachers at Republic EC are certified based on the standards set by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This certification also requires a Bachelor's degree. All classrooms have a paraprofessional or aid.

Each EC team member creates a safe, welcoming environment to provide a foundation of life-long learning for every student.
