Mrs. Camie Lyons is entering her second year as Principal for McCulloch Elementary. Previously, she served four years as Assistant Principal. She has served as an educator and building leader in the Republic School District for 12 years and led a 5th grade classroom for seven of those.

Mrs. Lyons grew up in Springfield, Missouri and attended Missouri State University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in elementary education. After a few years of teaching, she pursued her master's degree in educational administration, which was completed in the spring of 2017. She is currently pursuing her specialist degree in educational administration from Missouri State University. 

Mrs. Lyons is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two kids, Ellyott and Greyson. Ellyott will be in 5th grade at McCulloch this year and Greyson will be in 1st grade. Her family loves to spend time outdoors, and they spend their summers on camping trips and vacations. She is an avid reader and loves to curl up on the couch with a great book.

Mr. Trey Allen is starting his second year as Assistant Principal for McCulloch Elementary. Previously, Mr. Allen served at Willard Public Schools as an elementary Physical Education teacher, coach and leader for six years. Before Willard, he was with Springfield Public Schools in similar roles for three years.

Mr. Allen grew up in Fair Grove, Missouri and attended Missouri State University for his undergraduate degree in 2013, followed by William Woods University for his graduate degree in 2020. He has significant experience with Leader in Me schools and his core values involve serving others, relationships, and growth. These perfectly align with the McCulloch mission of serving together to be kind, high-achieving, lifelong learners.

Mr. Allen is married to Alex Allen and they have three kids: Jace, Emet and Elliana. Jace attends Schofield Elementary, where Mrs. Allen is a 3rd grade teacher. The Allen family loves being active in church, sports and spending time with family and friends. They are all excited to be part of RepMO!
