Mr. Tracy Williams is in his 23rd year in education, his 12th year as a building administrator and his third as the head principal of Republic Middle School. Mr. Williams began his teaching career in the Springfield Public School system, teaching at both the middle and high school levels. During that time, he also served as a head coach for both football and track teams. Prior to joining Republic Middle School, he was the building principal at Hickory Hills K-8 in Springfield, MO.
Mr. Williams' wife is also in education. She is a teacher at Horace Mann Elementary in SPS. Their oldest daughter attends college at the University of Arkansas and their youngest will be completing her senior year of high school this year. Outside of school, Mr. Williams enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hiking, and serving as a volunteer.
Mr. Williams is excited to begin his 3rd year as the head principal of Republic Middle School and the opportunity to lead and serve the staff and students for the 2024-2025 school year.
