Republic Athletics and Activities

Attention Republic High School Parents/Guardians of athletes and activity members: We are excited to announce that Republic High School has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to submit physicals and complete and sign MSHSAA athletic and activity participation forms for your high school student(s). This will take the place of handing in forms to the athletic office each year.
