On Friday, December 20th we are having our 2nd annual Winter Wonderland event at RMS. This event takes place during the school day. The purpose for our event is to celebrate our students with a fun filled day before we all head off for winter vacation. The day will include choice activities such as games and crafts, a holiday movie, and our 2nd Quarter Holiday Celebration Assembly.
For students to be eligible to participate in all the events of the day they must meet 2 important criteria:
No failing grades in any class
No discipline that results in ISS or OSS from December 2 - 20.
For student that do not meet the eligibility requirements they will spend part of their day in a designated study hall to work on incomplete assignments. This placement is NOT ISS and it will only be a part of their day and it will be monitored by multiple grade level teachers.
Please encourage your students to continue to work hard as we wrap up the 1st semester of school, both academically and behaviorally so they can be a part of the full day's events.
