The RepMO Hero for October is Rodney Weidenmaier, Bus Driver! The RepMO Hero program honors Republic School District staff members who go above and beyond in their service to students and fellow teammates.
Please join us in congratulating Rodney and thanking him for his commitment to our students! Watch the video below to see Superintendent Dr. Matt Pearce and McCulloch Elementary students surprise Rodney with this recognition! He will be honored at the December Board of Education meeting and will receive $500 to be spent on school-related resources of her choice.

"Rodney Weidenmaier is proudly nominated as the Transportation Department's RepMO Hero Nominee! Rodney has a huge heart and passion for children of all ages. He has fostered well over 40 kids over the years. He has served many in his role as a teacher, coach and administrator as well as countless other roles in leadership throughout his life. Rodney would do anything to help anyone! He is a great mentor to both kids and adults and a joy to be around. He has excellent attendance, which is shown by his desire to be at work every day and do what he can to make that positive impact on those around him. He does a great job bus driving and treats the bus kids as if they were his own, creating a great environment for our RepMO bus riders. Students riding Rodney’s bus enjoy his daily trivia time! These are just a few of the things that make him worthy of being the next RepMO Hero!"
