The RepMO Hero for February is Mrs. Kimberly Pragman, 3rd Grade Teacher at McCulloch Elementary! The RepMO Hero program honors Republic School District staff members who go above and beyond in their service to students and fellow teammates.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Pragman and thanking her for her dedication to students and staff. Watch the video below to see Superintendent Dr. Matt Pearce surprise Mrs. Pragman with this recognition! She will be honored at the April Board of Education meeting and will receive $500 to be spent on school-related resources of his choice. He'll also receive an additional day off.

A compilation of nominations received in regards to Derrick from district employees is below.

"McCulloch Elementary nominates Kimberly Pragman as our RepMO Hero for February. Kimberly is new to us this year and has been an absolute blessing to our building. She has a heart of gold and embodies the pillars of the McCulloch mission statement of serving, kindness, and learning. Kimberly can regularly be seen helping with projects around the school to help support other staff members and students. For example, during Veterans Day she created a balloon arch and cards for every veteran that came through our parade, and she recently gave up her plan and lunch time to help us make kindness shirts for a recent spirit day. In her classroom she creates a warm and safe learning environment with high expectations. Her students continually achieve at high levels because of the expectations and support she provides to them. She has gone above and beyond with her student leadership team this year by arranging multiple fundraisers that have helped raise funds for our school so other student leadership teams can support our school and community. We are so thankful to have her at McCulloch and all she does to ensure that McCulloch students can serve together to be kind, high-achieving, lifelong learners!"

Thanks to our sponsor, Beauty + Wellness Co, for supporting our district and providing an additional $100 for each RepMO Hero throughout the year to spend personally!

In addition to celebrating Ms. Pragman, we'd like to honor all of our RepMO Hero February Nominees! Thanks to every single one of these individuals for going above and beyond to serve students and teammates!
