The RepMO Hero for April is Mrs. Ashley Harting, 8th Grade English Teacher at Republic Middle School! The RepMO Hero program honors Republic School District staff members who go above and beyond in their service to students and fellow teammates.
Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Harting and thanking her for her commitment to our students! Watch the video to see Superintendent Dr. Matt Pearce surprise Mrs. Harting with this recognition! She will be honored at the May Board of Education meeting and will receive $500 to be spent on school-related resources of her choice. She'll also receive an additional paid day off.

She is deserving of this recognition due to her ability to establish impactful relationships with students and the athletes she coaches. Mrs. Harting is a strong advocate for staff wellness as she does a wonderful job championing initiatives to promote self-care as our building Wellness Coordinator. She continually steps forward in a myriad of situations to assist staff members any way she is able, and she does so with a great attitude that positively impacts the culture of our building. Her dedication to all of Republic Middle School makes her an exceptional selection who is very deserving of this recognition!"
