The Republic High School football team will start its season THIS Friday! As we consider the safety of our students and patrons, the home opener will kick off at 8:00 p.m. due to excessive heat.

We're just TWO DAYS AWAY from the first day of school! The 2023-2024 school year will begin on Monday, August 21.
As a reminder, to allow for more calendar flexibility, and in response to a survey in early 2023, 10 minutes were added to the end of each school day for the 2023-2024 school year. Major league baseball is in full swing! Would you like to (virtually) visit one of the most famous baseball stadiums in the world? In today’s summer learning resource, we’re taking you to Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, which opened for its first game in 1912, making it the oldest ballpark in the MLB. Registration for STRIPES 360, our before and after school program, is now open for the 2023-2024 school year! Visit www.republicschools.org/stripes360 to learn more and register by August 11 to begin on the first day of school.
Note: Registrations received after August 11 will not be able to begin until August 28.

For today’s summer learning opportunity, we’re heading to the Oregon Zoo! The Oregon Zoo brings the “zoo to you” through videos aligned to different subject content areas that students learn about in school, including language arts, science and more. The Community Kitchen will be distributing FREE lunches June 26-August 18 for kiddos on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the following locations in Republic:

-Briarwood AND Dogwood Apartments at 11:55 am
